Even though Britney Spears' second guest appearance on How I Met Your Mother has come and gone, it's still the top item on everyone's list of questions for show co-star Alyson Hannigan.

"Was she acting all crazy on the set?" asked Jimmy Kimmel, who was filling in for Regis Philbin on Friday's Live With Regis & Kelly.

"Not at all," said Alyson. "She's very funny... very lovely and polite."

Recounting the pop star's time on the HIMYM set, Alyson recalled, "She really liked my little dog... They bonded. My puppy got to kiss Britney Spears!"

While co-host Kelly Ripa suggested that Hannigan "never wash that puppy again," Jimmy was a little more forward, saying, "I hope Britney doesn't end up pregnant!"

After her harrowing fender-bender yesterday afternoon, Britney summoned Team Bally to escort her to the gym - and, as it turned out, to a health center, too! Britney darted inside for an appointment while her team attempted to keep the paps occupied. Despite their best efforts, however, Britney had to come back out eventually - and when she did, she was keeping her belly covered even more blatantly than Ashlee Simpson!

Britney Spears celebrated her big TV comeback Monday night with a dinner date with her bodyguard and a female friend in Beverly Hills.

Throughout her meal at Italian restaurant Dominick's, Spears, 26 — who did not drink — spoke in her British accent, a fellow diner tells Usmagazine.com.

"She looked so good, completely normal," the eyewitness adds. "She was smiling and laughing in the loud obnoxious Britney laugh."

The singer had a good reason to rejoice: Her cameo on CBS' Hot I Met Your Mother won over the critics.

"She looked beautiful and had screen presence," Charna Halpern, artistic director of Chicago’s Improv Olympic Comedy Club, tells Us. "Even when she was behind the desk and they made her look kind of homely, she was adorable."

The reviews are in and Brit's cameo on How I Met Your Mother last night is receiving a general thumbs up!

Britney Spears' troubles may seem hard to overcome in the eyes of the public, but one person believes the embattled pop star can triumph.

Hip-Hop spiritual advisor Archbishop Don "Magic" Juan is coming to Spears' aid with his new web site, http://HelpBishopSaveBritney.com.

The site will present a series of episodes hosted by the Archbishop that will feature interviews with celebrities who want to help Spears in what is described as "the journey of recovery."

"Britney, all I need is 33 minutes of your time to sit down, to talk, and to find out what it is that you're missing in your life, to fulfill your dreams because dreams do come true," said Don Magic Juan, who is best known for his affiliations with various entertainers that include rapper Snoop Dogg.

The Bishop said that he was sincere about praying for Spears to find joy, live and happiness in her life.

"I've been there. I've done that. I understand what you are going through Britney and you don't have to go through it like that," the Don Magic Juan contined. "One day at a time. That's all God asks for. One day at a time. Don’t worry about the day before or the day after."

Following the reveal of just-released stills of the popstress doing her thing on the set of How I Met Your Mother comes news that Brit-Brit has been banned from celeb haunt Villa night club.

“Britney is not allowed in,” said Vincent Laresca, who owns Villa with the night life impresarios Reza Roohi and Chuck Pacheco. “She came twice but we don’t want the media circus that would create.”

Normally we’d totally stress about being ixnayed from a Hollywood hotspot, but in Britney’s case, perhaps it’s a good thing!

Back in 2004, after briefly falling in with Madonna and her Kabbalah clique, Britney Spears had the Hebrew letters, "mem," "hey," and "shin" tattooed on the nape of her neck. While some claim this combination of letters, "evokes the consciousness of healing," other reports say it's "just gibberish."

Doesn't matter much now, as recent photos appear to show that the mother of two has has done a bit of tattoo erasing.

According to one source, the pop princess recently spent $2,000 having the tattoo laser-removed. And friends are saying Brit had the tattoo removed to express the tailspin her life entered in the last year.

"When she got the tattoo, Britney was in control of her life and her career," one pal says. "The whole world can see she's lost control, and the tattoo made her feel like a hypocrite."

A source close to the songstress tells E! News that Spears has been the recipient of a number of disturbing letters and packages, including at least one letter mentioning "how to bomb" and others containing threatening language and "weird gibberish."

The situation has become so off-putting that Spears' camp is planning to hand the unwelcome mail over to local law enforcement and the FBI, the source said.

Los Angeles Police Department spokeswoman Officer Ana Aguirre told E! News that no specific investigation has been launched in connection with Spears' postal drama, as yet, but that authorities "have been looking at allegations that have cropped up in the past couple of months."

An FBI spokesperson says the bureau doesn't comment on ongoing investigations.

According to the Spears insider, the offending communiqués have been sent to multiple locations associated with the "Gimme More" singer. And in addition to the previously mentioned creep-outs were a letter than mentioned Israel and the Middle East (obviously sent by someone confusing Britney Spears, Pop Star, with Britney Spears, Diplomat).

Well, all is not always as it seems, especially when the "reality" stars of The Hills are involved!

Yes, both stars appear on a new track, but Britney did not authorize the song's release and she had no idea about it until Montag leaked it, sources tell us.

Pink Wig Dude just won't give up. For the past couple of days he's been trying to give Brit Brit a "special present," but she wants nothing to do with him. Yesterday, Brit was leaving dance practice when he tried to pass her the present through her car window. Brit kept pushing it back to him. The paps say the present contained a thong and a pink wig like the one he's wearing. I guess he's trying to tell her ass to wear panties. Ha! Like she's going to do that. Pink Wig Dude better watch his it, because Brit's new crazy bodyguard is going to tear that wig off of him and shove it up his ass.

But while her father's influence and control seem to be working, sources tell OK! Brit is far from happy with the status quo. During dinner, eyewitnesses say the singer made several trips to the bathroom, and looked like she wanted to be anywhere but the trendy hotspot.

"She seemed bored," a restaurant insider tells OK!. "You could see the anger boiling up inside her. I never saw her talk to her dinner companions."

OK! has learned, in fact, that a secret battle is raging between the pop singer and her folks, who are trying to keep her on total lockdown in an attempt to get her life back on track.

LOL no one knows who they are so they had to tell everyone on their website because no one bothered to figure out their prank.

When one of the biggest pop stars in music history -- one who no less has had a long and open relationship with the press -- loses her children, ties up our court system, and is diagnosed with a major mental illness that also afflicts many other Americans, that is a news story.

Maybe she just doesn't pay attention or maybe she was drugged up this time and therefore doesn't remember last time. But in any case, when a shoot is going on, a place looks totally different then it looks during a party.

Could Britney Spears be suffering from memory loss? This past weekend Spears and her dad Jamie hit up The Social restaurant in Hollywood for some late night grub.

Sources tell Hollyscoop EXCLUSIVELY that Britney seemed a little dazed and confused while at the restaurant. She hardly touched her food and she went to the bathroom "every 15 minutes." She spent most of the night chain-smoking near the bar.

Our spies overheard Spears asking the general manager of the restaurant "how long they had been open" and "what was upstairs." She complimented the manager on the restaurant and told him she thought it was beautiful inside. The manager, who was clearly confused by her comments, politely replied, "Thank You."

Oh and she steals yet again... a cup of coffee...

Britney Spears' new bodyguards are on strict orders from her dad, Jamie: Don't let her go to a bar or a bathroom alone! The popwreck went to Jeffrey Chodorow's new LA restaurant Citrus at Social on Saturday night with her father, a few friends and a woman described as "her chaperone." The group sat at a table to eat, but Spears hardly touched her lobster burger, preferring butter-fried frites and Tater Tots. When she got restless, her bodyguards, stationed at several places throughout the eatery, jumped into action. "She continuously got up from the table to go to the bathroom or hang out at the bar and smoke a cigarette," our spy said. "Bodyguards followed her to the bathroom and bar." Another snitch who saw Spears leave noted, "She took a coffee cup from the restaurant with her."

A year after her buzz cut seen around the world, Britney Spears's Feb. 16, 2007, antics continue to affect the two owners whose stores she visited that night.

"It was a major disruption in my life," says Esther Tognozzi, owner of Esther's Salon, where Spears shaved her head. "I have tourists come by from other countries, and we keep the door locked since people try and sneak in to take pictures or sit in the chair she sat in."

Tognozzi no longer answers her salon phone (due to the high volume of media calls as well as pranksters) and was forced to hire a lawyer when people started posting Web sites in her name, pretending to pawn off Spears's hair.

"They were using my identity," Tognozzi says, "Talk about an invasion of privacy. I got a little glimpse of her world, and it makes me feel bad for her."

Having been in business for 25 years, Tognozzi has a loyal clientele, and she prefers to take on new customers on via referrals. Still, she will get the occasional fan.

"This idiot came by the other day, and he makes a buzz gesture and asks to get a haircut," she explains. "He said he had come all the way from Canada."
