Former manager-companion Sam Lutfi is weighing his options about filing a multimillion-dollar defamation lawsuit against Britney's parents, Lynne and Jamie Spears - charging them with damaging his reputation with that restraining order and various comments made to the media implying his inappropriate handling of Britney's possessions.
